Association for Experiential Education (AEE) - West
Lodging for the 2008 Conference

IMPORTANT NOTE: All participants need to bring a sleeping bag, sheet, a pillow and toiletry articles.

This years conference includes lodging at Sly Park. You can see pictures of the accommodations here

Location

Sly Park Environmental Education and Conference Center in Pollock Pines, California, 60 miles east of Sacramento. This center is part of the Sacramento Unified School District. We chose this site because of its location and also because of this year’s conference theme. Sly Park practices and models sustainability, not only in its content, but in the fact that it has existed as a part of a public school district for over 25 years. We also chose this site because it allows us to run this conference at a rate that we believe will make the conference accessible to all. We hope you will join us for this year’s conference!
